Product Information
The inspiration for Kalevala's Paradise Earrings design is the Lady of Häme festal chain, which dates from 700-800 A.D. and was found in Janakkala, in southern Finland. It is a beautiful necklace comprising eight chains hanging from a looped divider. The short six-chain section above the divider attaches to an end piece with a two-headed bird motif symbolizing health, wealth and success. With Kalevala's silver Paradise earrings, you celebrate the festal chain from Finnish history and folklore. The silver Paradise earrings are much smaller than the bronze Paradise earrings, and give more attention to the two-headed birds.
