Product Information
Jewelry made by coiling two or more solid silver wires is familiar to many cultures. Such jewelry was used as far back as in pre-historic times, but the design was particularly popular in the Middle Ages. Spiral jewelry was also worn in the Baltic Sea region; in Scandinavia, such jewelry was often made of gold. The prototype for this jewelry dates back to the time of the Crusades, 1050-1150 A.D.
