Expertly crafted, the new clear Colori bird by Vigna is a sight to behold. Its head and body are comprised of opposing teardrop shapes, capturing only the most essential elements of a bird’s form. The inside of the body is hollowed out, allowing light to play across a greater surface area. Like all of Vigna’s birds, its body is polished to a beautiful high gloss which gives it an ethereal glow. Each Vigna bird is individually handcrafted by master glassblowers at iittala’s renowned glassworks in Nuutajärvi, Finland. The time-intensive process of forming, cutting, and polishing each bird showcases the skill of these craftsmen.
