| Born in Hyvinkää, Finland, in 1965. Hakatie has been a contributor to Iittala’s product range since 1993. She is also a sculptor and has exhibited her work all over the world, for example at the Venice International Glass Biennale 1998-1999. Currently, Annaleena is a lecturer at the University of Arts and Design in Helsinki, where she graduated as an industrial designer.
